Great looks - poor performance - Nike Tiempo SGT Gloves

Advantages: Stunning looks, very comfortable.
Disadvantages: Very poor grip

Since being young I have been borderline obsessed with goalkeeper gloves. In my late teens and early 20's I was buying up to 8 pairs of gloves a season. Outrageous, yes maybe, but I was hooked with the feel and optimism that a new pair of gloves would bring. My mates bought boots by the, er, boot load, I however always opted for gloves. Imagine then my disappointment with this purchase. They look the absolute part, having an excellent colour scheme and that massive Nike tick, reassurance usually of a well-made product. I fell for these gloves immediately and parted with something in the region of £65 for them. I had made a mistake. The main problem with these gloves is the foam. 4mm latex palms are what you would expect from professional quality gloves, but by my own admission the SGT technology was an intriguing concept ...

The ultimate gloves for total control!!!

Advantages: Amazing comfort, fantastic grip, great looking pair of gloves
Disadvantages: A little bit expensive

INTRODUCTION These were my first main pair of gloves. I had bought cheaper pairs of gloves for when I played for primary school, and the cheaper pairs had served me well when I was playing against small young players, but when I got into secondary school, the shots coming at me were more powerful and harder to save, so I decided that it was time that I needed a better and more expensive pair of gloves. I got a goalkeeping magazine, (which name I really can't remember at the moment), and flicked through all the gloves that were in it. They all seemed so great and fantastic, I really couldn't decide on which pair I should get. So I decided to do a process of elimination kind of thing. Nike Vapor Grip 3

Advantages: Look and feel great
Disadvantages: None

These gloves, unlike many others, took me at least a year for them to start wearing away which for me is great as i train and play a lot. They have great grip and it has superb protection from injures like no other! The Nike Vapor Grip 3 are one of the best gloves that you can buy,they aren't at a ridiculous price like some other great gloves. I think Nike have hit a goldmine here. The gripping ability is excellent and they are also very comfortable even after you have worn them fo 2 and a half hours. They have a lovely soft foam palm which is not only comfrotable it also gives you better grip what you need. I think that the Nike Vapor Grip 3 is one of the best gloves around and suit most weather conditions so they are well recommended.There are many sizes so don't worry if you have giant hands or really smal ones. ...
