Best Kept Treadmill Secret, the Weslo M5!

Advantages: Tidy and compact, easy to use, feels sturdy and you can run upto 10 miles an hour!
Disadvantages: Little bit noisy, it is a bit of a pain to have to change the incline manually

Weslo M5 Treadmill In my Opinion a Good Quality and Great Value basic running machine I was looking for a cheap piece of home fitness equipment, I decided on a treadmill but needed something to fit my budget and my expectations in terms of quality and durability. My research led me to the Weslo M5 - made by Icon in the States who have a good reputation in the fitness industry for quality which was a an important factor for me in terms of getting value for money. In m opinion, the Weslo M5 is by no means a cheaply built treadmill, it's a solid, neat, reliable machine and folds away without being too big and bulky, and at around 65kg it's not as heavy as some. Its a good looking compact, starter running machine and would probably suit most people up to around 18 stone. The machine itself has all the basic features, nothing ...

Folded Ears

Advantages: The best companion you could hope for
Disadvantages: The breeding

This is a review about a breed of cat which I am pretty sure most people have never heard off. Even if you have heard of the breed I am fairly certain you might not have seen one either. How this breed came about ----------------------------------- Well in 1961 in Perthshire, Scotland a shepherd by the name of William Ross noticed the first Scottish Fold cat on record at a farm near Coupar Angus. The cat had ears which appeared to be identical to how an owl might look which were folded. He decided to try and create the breed himself. He then took the cat to be registered and they began this breeding program with 76 kittens being born over a four year period. Out of those 76 kittens 42 of them had folded ears and 34 didn't. The theory is that the reason they have folded ears is due to an incomplete dominant gene and is this is ...

Pro-Fitness Value Treadmill

Advantages: Solid, cheap, reliable, sturdy, good range of settings
Disadvantages: It's huge - but they all are! Can't make your own set programs

somewhat randomly - it always gives me the exact same figure, no matter what I've been doing. But in fairness, even the giant machines at the gym can very rarely find my heart beat, so I appreciate it for pretending it can! It reads my mum's just fine, so I assume that it's just me. The treadmilll does fold up and is advertised as such. Basically the actual treadmill can be lifted and secured to be right up against the top screens. It's a bit ominous at first when you screw it in place and we were constantly convinced that it was going to randomly fall down and kill the dog, but it's been a few months now and we are almost entirely confident in it's ability to not randomly murder passers by. Seriously, it is very secure, but it's hard not to be a little wary when you see the sheer size of it staring down at you. Though it does have wheels, it ...
