...treadmill' is well built and for the price I paid offers true value in every way. Also I like to point out that the treadmill folds up very well and can be stored flat or upright. Reebok offer 2 years parts and labour and 10 years on their motor for piece of mind. Advantages: Exercise for the unfit.....with advanced features for the fitter

...function, sadly though this is manual, and needs to be set before you begin your exercise session. It's easy enough to set the incline, while the treadmill is in the folded position, and there is a choice between 0,5 and 10% incline. ---Advanced Functions--- As well as the manual program, where you choose which speed you walk/run at, there are a total of 6 programs, each with 3 levels of difficulty. These programs vary, from one that gently increases the speed to a peak and then drops back down again (this is the easiest) to ones that involve running. Now not being very fit, I've not tried running (yet), but I have tried the gentlest program (on the lowest level) and that gets my pulse rate into the working zone. Each of the programs defaults at 32 minutes, but you can shorten or increase the time, but if you do increase the time, be warned... Read review

Advantages: Run in the dry when it is raining

...for us to do that. Then comes some tips as to manually adjust the back feet so that you can walk on the level or slightly uphill, ours is set to slight uphill at all times as we find this more comfortable. This treadmill can be folded so that it stores easily and doesn't take up so much room. For us we just know that if we fold it away we won't unfold it again for a long time so leave it with the deck flat on the floor and ready to use whenever we find some spare minutes. There is a section explaining the computer and the display on this. It is important if exercising on the treadmill to attach the safety key to your clothing. One end plugs into the computer, a string attaches the other end which is like a peg. The reason you need to use this is if you fall over, or find you are going to fast you can quickly pull the plug out... Read review
