Advantages: Control, power transfer, efficiency etc Disadvantages: You might fall off once or twice....
...around / pushing you do you might want a more flexible sole; the more flexible the better for walking but the worse for power transfer to pedal) & fixing. Also style if you plan to walk around in them!!
I have a set M535 (LX) shimano pedals as well as a set of cheap M646 platform copies from wellgo.
On the shoe front I use Northwave arctics in the winter (the only shoe to have in the cold; Northwave use a shimano sole with their own upper), Specialized comp in summer & a set of Lake "skate stylee" shoes if I gotta walk anywhere in them!...

Advantages: Warm, light, confortable Disadvantages: No shoulder/neck baffle, zip can snag at times.
...The Piute (also availble; woman\'s Piute) is a warm and cozy sleeping bag. Its price is a reflection of its quality and appears reasonable compared to other bags of similar specifictions. Its lightweight design is very useful for back packing or anytime that space is at a premium. When using this bag i (very) occasionally have a little trouble with the zip...

Fit is important and the range on offer is well designed across a range of sizes both male and female. You can get legs - cut for standing and sitting, shorts - cut the same, tops in short and long sleeves, short johns, hoods and caps.
The range has obviously been well researched and is popular amongst paddlers and surfers, I could see it suiting dinghy sailors as maybe an under layer.
I have heard that the material and cut...
