...Speedo Sprint Deluxe Goggle's are great, i have used them mainly when participating in competitions. The goggles have many great attributes, the main things are that the strap that holds the goggles on your head can be made slacker or tighter. It depends on what you are doing, tight if you are diving and you dont want them to come off and slack if you are fun swimming.
The Sprint Deluxe Goggle's have a anti-fog agent on the lenses that cut down the amount of steam that gets on the lense. This works great and has cut down the amount of steam on the lense by about three quarters.
The goggles where about £10 when I bouught them but i dont know the current price. But if the price is still around £10 I can say that they are a low price for a pair of goggles that are so great....

Advantages: Control, power transfer, efficiency etc Disadvantages: You might fall off once or twice....
...walking around / pushing you do you might want a more flexible sole; the more flexible the better for walking but the worse for power transfer to pedal) & fixing. Also style if you plan to walk around in them!!
I have a set M535 (LX) shimano pedals as well as a set of cheap M646 platform copies from wellgo.
On the shoe front I use Northwave arctics in the winter (the only shoe to have in the cold; Northwave use a shimano sole with their own upper), Specialized comp in summer & a set of Lake "skate stylee" shoes if I gotta walk anywhere in them!...

...as I got home out came the tape measure. Well, wherever it went it would look horrible, but it would fit in. That was good enough for me, so first thing the next morning I hurried back to JJP and paid for it, this was on the 6th March.
That was the easy part, my problems were about to begin!!!!
Delivery Problems
There was not enough room in our car and JJP didn't deliver, so they had to order another one from a firm called Johnson Health Tech UK Ltd, who in turn used Sprint Home Deliveries Limited; three individual firms, that seemed a recipe for disaster!!
On the 9th March I received a letter from Sprint saying that it would be delivered on the 24th March and that they would ring two days prior to delivery. When they rang I was out so missed their call, which on hindsight was a good thing as when I rang...
