Northwave Vertigo SBS Titanium Black Features: The special airmesh stucture of the upper originates from the Airflow System concept that allows the foot to breathe, even when it is under strain. Recommended for whoever is looking for a comfortable shoe, but that has all the technical details, from the Carbon Reinforced sole to the micrometric closure system. Airflow System Upper: This extremely lightweight though resistant polyurethane upper is provided with a special supporting Airflow System structure that improves ventilation and increases stability. The inside removable arch - support is made in 100% natural materials. NRG Sole: Designed to meet the requirements of the most demanding bike enthusiasts in terms of comfort and performance. Made in Zytel DuPont thermoplastic material, it incorporates a laterally adjustable fastening system. A new design allows to maintain a short foot /pedal distance and to adjust shoe/crank distance. Step By Step Closing System: The innovative Step-by-Step mechanism gives a precise and stabile closureof the instep strap, and a gradual release of the pressure by the special'release' button. It allows an optimal micrometric adjustment, matched with the possibility of controlling pressure release on the foot arch'step by step'. Ultra Y Heel: This new design of heel was developed by NORTHWAVE'S R&D department, which devised a component with an exceptionally high technical level that guarantees excellent heel retention with a particularly low weight. The special Y shape embraces the heel comfortably and holds it in its natural position.
...This helmet may be one of the most expensive helmets on the market but it is the most expensive for a reason! I believe the first designs of the helmet were designed by the England test player Robin Smith, with a focus on erradicating any blind spots that were always present in older style helmets. And what a success this was! There is a minimal amount of bars making up the grill of the helmet and those that are used are very thin and are little if no distraction for the batsman and there are none of the dreaded black spots where you can't see the ball pitch.
The idea of the titanium grill is also inspired, you are able to bat for long periods of time (not that i tend to!) without getting that pain in your neck with the weight of the helmet and in comparison to other older style, heavier helmets, you literally hardly notice you...

Advantages: Control, power transfer, efficiency etc Disadvantages: You might fall off once or twice....
...around / pushing you do you might want a more flexible sole; the more flexible the better for walking but the worse for power transfer to pedal) & fixing. Also style if you plan to walk around in them!!
I have a set M535 (LX) shimano pedals as well as a set of cheap M646 platform copies from wellgo.
On the shoe front I use Northwave arctics in the winter (the only shoe to have in the cold; Northwave use a shimano sole with their own upper), Specialized comp in summer & a set of Lake "skate stylee" shoes if I gotta walk anywhere in them!...

Advantages: great looking, light weight and comfortable Disadvantages: uncomfortable for some?
...The Flite titanium saddle and its previous incarnations have been my choice of saddle for around the last eight years on some of my mountain bikes.
There is one obvious disadvantage to this saddle and that is that the shape might not be to everyone’s liking, its pretty small and does take some getting used to. On the other hand, there are many advantages to this saddle, one of which is the fact that now I’m used to it I find it perfectly comfortable. Main advantages have to include the fact that it is so light weight at just about 200g, the fact that it is really long lasting even when used in the foulest of conditions and also the fact that it looks so sleek and would look fantastic on any bike.
I’d highly recommend this saddle to anyone so long as they’re prepared to give it some time to mould to your body!...

Having purchased a new PC I also though "why not upgrade the speakers as well". I purchased this set of 5.1 surround speakers thinking that it would be better for playing certain games on that can support the feature.
After the initial set up of them more
