Brad Pitt, George Clooney and a whole host of other good looking guys planning the crime heist of the century, what more could you want from a movie! Ocean's Eleven is actually a 2001 remake of the 1960 Rat Pack caper film of the same name. I've never seen the original but I would like to so I can compare the two.
What's the ocean got to do with it? Is it set by the beach? No, Danny Ocean is the name of the game leader who collects together all his friends to rob three casinos in Las Vegas. And why eleven, why there are eleven people who carry out the crime. Advantages: Waterproof, pocket-sized and decent pictures Disadvantages: Clearly not as good as a digital SLR and some features are rather gimicky
My first foray into the world of digital cameras is now a distant memory. At the time the cameras were really expensive and we decided to opt for a Kodak 6410, a semi-automatic camera with a super-zoom which, although it pulled great shots (relative to others at the time) it wasn't exactly what you'd call pocket sized. In fact, I think you can get smaller digital SLRs these days! Planning a trip to Croatia we decided that the Kodak was really not suitable for travel and so started to look for a point and shoot compact digital camera. By now it was evident we'd be able to get more megapixels for our buck than when we bought the Kodak but I couldn't help but think that there was little to differentiate the models at the basic level.
