...As I feel the cold quite often when I'm diving I decided to invest in a cyberskin as I had read good reports about it in various dive magazines. I wasn't keen on buying a semi-dry to take abroad with me as I feel they can be cumbersome. I usually wear a 5mm Gul Steamer but felt I needed some extra insulation. The cyberskin is 0.5mm thick and extremely light. The material is silky and flexible and feels extremely comfortable. It comes in women's and men's sizes from small through to XXL and is £65. Although it is only 0.5mm thick it is equal in warmth to a 2mm wetsuit and can be used alone for diving in warmer waters. I bought an all in one with a back zipper but it is possible to purchase it as a separate top and bottoms. ...The Slendertone System Abs Belt is a very good device for getting rock hard abs. Not to sound too much like an advert here, I will tell you that the belt itself is very expensive, however if money is of no limit in buying a fitness belt, then this is the 1 to go for. I have tried many others such as the Maximuscle belts which only twitch your muscle fibres and do not actually benefit you in any way what so ever. Slendertone have been around for a while now and know what they are doing. Taking all of this into account, please remember that abs do not come through a vibrating belt. This is only help towards your perfect abs. Your diet and fitness regime must still remain healthy and active in order to prosper from this device. Advantages: Best fins i have ever used

...People in the diving world will know about the Oceanic split fin craze, for divers that have use the V12 fins they will know how good they are and all the other divers that haven't used them want too lol. The thing that makes these fins so good is the split in them; non divers might think how can you move yourself along underwater if you have a big split in your fins. Well the answer is better than you can if you don't have a split in your fins. The Oceanic Vortex V12 fins make moving through the water allot easier than with normal fins because for some reason you use less energy and travel faster too (I have no idea how this works it just does lol, take my word for it) I got my fins from my local dive shop for £80 because I was sick of my old Cressi fins Looks: The Vortex V12's come in one colour, black so they look pretty plain...
