Having decided to take a well earned break from the UK, I went looking for some new luggage tags. I found a number of sites on the internet but the best I found was a site called pi-tag.com. pi-tag.com was on BBC Radio 2's website of the day in March 2005 and it was through the Radio 2 website that I found it. It costs just £9.99 to register for one year - and for that you get your choice of 2 tags. You can purchase additional tags online if you wish. Once registered, an activation code is sent to your registered address to verify your contact details and a unique pi-tag number is assigned to you. If someone finds your bag, they don't know your home address or telephone number but that are told on the tag to contact you at pi-tag.com - or by calling the international 0870 number. Poppa's got a brand new bag!

Advantages: Find it quick!
Disadvantages: to find it , you need to find a computor

onto the website and report it lost. -Wherever your bag has gone, hopefully the airport will have been informed and will also go to the website and using the unique number, globalbagtag will tell them who's it is and where it should be and when. -Get your bag back and enjoy your holiday safe in the knowledge that you now have the 3 packets of Diacalm and the Jumper for the 'Chilly' nights that you packed. Thats it, simple really, losing suitcases is never going to stop completly but finding them again just got a whole lot easier! The one downfall of this system is that it requires someone at the airport to see the tag and then go to the website, Luggage reclaims are aware of this product though as I found out to my benefit. ...

Lost Odyssey

Advantages: Old-School JRPG, Looks Well, Lasts Long, Worth The Money
Disadvantages: Maybe A Bit Too Hard For Some

I still remember my first experience of a Japanese RPG, the year was 1997, I was 10 and Final Fantasy 7 was released. Called round to a friends house for a few games, we stumbled upon what would be an absolute revolution in both my gaming experience and everyone else's. Everything about the game was fresh and new, the story was engrossing, the battle system addictive. It was as close to gaming perfection as a game can get. Years down the line, the Japanese RPG has wore thin, only a handful have been realised in the current generation of consoles, and those than have, have generally been used as coasters. But in comes Lost Odyssey, does it re-invent the JRPG? Does it bring a fresh new battle system? Is it a revolution?
