Advantages: Lots of modes! Disadvantages: Quite expnsive
brush heads included. Included in the stand/charger for the toothbrush are 2 slots for the 2 heads to be safely held. This is quite good for a single user, however, if you are sharing with another person, it wouldn't necessarily work if you used both a standard brush head and a fine point brush head, however, I understand you can simply not cater for everyone in this respect.
I imagine I might encounter a problem buying the new brush heads at a shop as I have never heard of Omron before, but buying online shouldn't be a problem as well as being cheaper.
I must say however, in the couple of days I have been using the toothbrush, it has helped make my teeth look cleaner and whiter, and thats without changing my routine, but simply my toothbrush. I would recommend this toothbrush but wait until amazon drop its price! ...

Lat night I was in need of watching something light and funny. Searching the shelves of my local video shop I spotted Step brothers starring Will Ferrell and decided to give it a try.

Advantages: Easy to read display Disadvantages: Clocks up steps you haven't done
If you are determined to walk the recommended 10,000 steps a day then one of these little things is perfect to let you know how well, or not so well, you are doing.
This is just a stepcounter and not a pedometer, a pedometer will count your miles, steps, calories, speed and all sorts of things for the more hard core of you out there, the stepcounter just counts steps!
The stepcounter is really small, light, and discrete so you can wear it anytime and it won't bother you. It just clips on to your waistband, front or back and off you go! It doesn't need to be set up for your stride, it works on the pendulum inside with the movement of your legs, every time you take a step it moves the pendulum hence counting your step!
The only downside to not having to input your stride is that it's not very accurate, if you are standing still ...
