This is a fantastic product for a fantastic price- The instore price is actually less that £5! The box includes a hand pump, which is sufficient to pump up the ball in a short amount of time, 2 plugs to keep the ball inflated- 1 to use & a spare, and an instruction manual including how to inflate & several exercises. The ball also makes a perfect seat/beanbag for the lounge/computer or footrest. I liked the choice of colours- pink, blue, lilac in different shades to stop me and my mum getting our Gym Balls mixed up! This is also the perfect size for the fur covers you can get to convert your gym ball into a cool piece of lounge furniture- great for watchingTV! Great for posture! Great Price! Great!!!
