I own one of these balls and find them very good for exercise. If you have access to the internet you will be surprised just how many sites you can find which will give you ways to use this ball for exercise. They are useful for toning up all parts of the body and they are fun to work with too. A word of advice, if you have pets, particularly dogs, then don't give them the idea this is a toy for them. I am on my second ball now because my dog decided she could play with my gym ball and ended up bursting it. If you want to step up your exercise programme then you can do your exercises using weights too. A fun way to exercise and get fit.
