I have been using this foundation/powder for a long time and find it fantastic so I thought I?d share my opinion with you.
I?ve never been a huge foundation fan and I can?t bear the feeling of having something on my face and when this was recommended to me years ago I tried it and loved it. It combines a concealer and foundation in one so it covers slight blemishes as well as evening out tone, if I have a small red spot this powder will cover it pretty well.
It comes in a round silver flip top compact with the Body Shop logo on, and when you flip open the top the sponge is sitting there on top of a plastic panel. When you remove the sponge and open the plastic panel it has a mirror on the other side and the foundation solid powder. You can apply the powder either dry or wet. I am a big David Kirsch fan and own three of his DVDs. Initially I bought the Ultimate New York Body Plan and his Ultimate Bootcamp and both of these were extremely advanced weight training/cardio workouts that had me aching the next day.
I decided to buy Kirsch's Upper Body DVD as I assumed that this would be as advanced. I was wrong. This workout is much more for someone new to exercise and, one of its advantages is how much detail Kitsch goes into with each move. HOWEVER, the moves are not repeated very much and, unless you were quite unfit, you fail to get a very intense workout at all.
The DVD is divided into three 15 min sections-Upper body (arms, back, shoulders etc), Abs and chest and then a more advanced 15 min section with all upper body and abs.

Body Shop All in One Face Base, which is a combined foundation and powder, has been my foundation for 2 years now, it costs £11.50 but lasts me up to 6 months and I use it almost everyday, so it's very good value for money. It used to come with re-fills, but at my body shop I haven't seen any for a good few months, but this may not be the case for larger stores. If I remember correctly refills cost around £8.50. It comes in a stylish silver round case, (which is an improvement on the old packaging),with a mirror which is detatchable and a make up sponge.
