As you can see from the pictures this rowing item basically has two foot loops to put your feet in and a handle bar to hold onto with a very big spring inbetween.
There are a number of different ways you can use this to work different areas of your body, you can put your feet in and sit on the floor with your legs out streight then pull the hand part, stand wholst using it and pull the hand part in front of your body or use it by pulling the hand part behind your body.
I chose this one as it is a lot cheaper and smaller so easier to store than the other rowing machines and to begin with it was great but there is no way of tightning the tension so once your body has got used to it it doesnt do a lot for you other than cardiovascular, this realy is for beginners only.
