Advantages: Great handling, build quality, fast for its time.

At the time we had all been taken to school on the local clapped out coach, dribbling out the back window watching the older boys with their shiney new mopeds (what hero's we thought ). Now we were the hero's , all 8 of us slip streaming the coach home,( what twats we were) all around me were fantic super T' s Ti's, caballeros, Garrelli 50's, Honda ss50's. All these bikes , barring the Honda, were faster than the Yam' on the flat (chin on tank ! ) 45 mph, but the great thing was, as soon as we all got to a hill, my position in the coach race went from...2nd last , to first place, due to the design of the Yams engine . Advantages: Easy to apply and doesn't attract Dirt

...of the product at hand! I have always been a fanatic about keeping my bicycles clean and well tuned. From BMX to road, to mountain bikes, the key to enjoyment on two wheels is to make sure that the bike is properly maintained. Chain lubrication presents somewhat of a challenge (especially for bikes used off road or in harsh elements. Too little lube and you introduce friction and possibly corrosion, too much lube and dirt attaches itself to the chain and/or the lubricant flies all over the place making the bike a grimy mess. White Lightning is a wax-based chain lube that attempts to address this issue. It lubricates and protects the chain but also adheres well, without attracting dirt buildup. White Lightning is available in liquid or spray bottles. It also comes in a "Race Day" version. My experience is limited to the original formula... Read review

Advantages: Very very sturdy, easy to fix and fun to ride, great bearings.
Disadvantages: Quite heavy, not ideal for flatland.

I have not changed any of my spec on this bike, as soon I intend to sell it so I can build my own flantland bike. So you know how this bike runs, you have to understand that I am short, very short, and 7 stone in weight, so of course I find this BMX very heavy, but overall, it is a heavy bike anyway and can be quite hard to push to get the speed for jumps etc. I have had...
