Carrying on the tradition of superb women-specific packs, this lightweight mountaineering pack features a shorter torso and women's custom hipbelt.
* Top-loading pack shaves weight with its lightweight yet tough 210-denier high-tenacity double-ripstop nylon construction
* The new AirScape Suspension uses peripheral rods, a nubbed foam back panel and an internal framesheet
* Running down the sidewall, the peripheral rods anchor to load lifters and hipbelt, actively transferring load and resisting sag
* Providing superior load support is the women's IsoForm CM (Custom Moldable) hipbelt, a 3D dual-density foam designed to fit the female hip structure
* Check your local REI store for certified custom molding
* ErgoPull hipbelt closure provides extra leverage in cinching, drawing tension along top and bottom--not through the center--relieving hipbone pressure
* IsoForm dual-density foam harness with Spacer Mesh promotes airflow and wicks away moisture during warm weather and intense activity
* Top pocket can be removed and converted into a lumbar pack; IsoForm hipbelt on pack can be removed and slid onto lumbar pack for comfortable carrying
* Dual-entry side mesh pockets keep essentials easily accessible, and a built-in front mesh pocket accepts Osprey Excessories for added capacity
* Front compression wings let you securely compress the contents of the pack, whether full or nearly empty, without sag or load distortion
* Ski straps, ice axe tool loops, sleeping pad straps, extendable lid and skirt accommodate a variety of alpine gear
* Hydration-compatible design features reservoir pocket and dual drink tube exit port for on-the-go hydration (reservoir sold separately)
* High-density polyurethane (HDPE) framesheet and a single aluminum stay protect your back from bulky or pointy items and support heavy loads
* Specifications for torso / waist and hips/ base volume / weight are as follows: Small - 14 - 16.5 in. / 27 - 31 in. / 3,200 cu.in. / 52 liters / 3 lbs. 11 oz.
* Medium - 16 - 18.5 in. / 30 - 34 in. / 3,400 cu.in. / 55 liters / 3 lbs. 14 oz.

Advantages: good facilities Disadvantages: expensive and far too busy, when I went at least
...for a £99 joining fee, then £80 a month, or £75 corporate or joint membership. ‘Select’ membership is for all the others, some of which don’t have swimming pools. This is a £49 joining fee; then you’ll be forking out £69 a month or £62 if you can get a joint or corporate deal.
These prices are for all the gyms nationwide if you choose a package deal, but you can of course join an individual gym. For my central London branch, I paid £49 joining fee and £65 monthly subscription. Yikes must use it more to get more out of that money I can ill afford to waste! On joining you usually get a pack with a body microwaving voucher and a few guest passes - hence my trip to a branch I don’t actually belong to today.
You can get off peak membership for £55 a month or £50 joint or corporate. This restricts the times you can go, details are below.

Thanks for the comments I hope this explains more about what the product is I should actually find a picture for everybody to see.
The aerobak brief description -
Its like those little havasacks women wear, about that size - its still a bladder based drinking device (i.e. its got a plastic bag that you can fill with water to drink whenever) cyclists use it to drink without the need for bottles these often get covered in muck from the road but I've seen walkers and climbers using them anyone basically anyone who needs to drink hands free can use one.
This version of the typical bladder is more for road cyclists, "aero"dynamic smallish nice contrasting colours and good road visibility stripes.
The other names , mule, rogue etc etc are just...

Advantages: (+)Waterproof, (+) Breathable, (+) Sturdy, (+) Good quality, (+) Well Priced Disadvantages: (-) Leather boots need taking care of
.... These sturdy boots are also recommended by the Duke of Edinburgh Award as a 'high performance' pair of boots to have as part of your expedition kit list. So it's not just me that agrees they are a good buy!
**********Comfort**********
Not once through out the whole expedition do I remember moaning about the pain of my feet. My other three team mates all had foot problems, two with blisters and the other with their Achilles' tendon. I was extremely surprised that after carrying my 20+ kg pack that I had no mark on my feet, and I went to work in a restaurant the next day! I have to admit I was quite tired though!
I have suffered from Athletics' foot, veruccas, ingrown toenails, the lot over the last twelve years, and after surgery and medication I am 99% there, so to my misbelieve I would swear by these boots. I always wear a thin pair...
