The Atmos is Giro's current top of the range model, primarily targetted at road cyclists, although just as suitable for mountain-or leisure-bikers - there's no peak though...
Colour options (as you can see in the picture) are Team Rabobank (blue/orange), Team Fassa Bortolo (blue/white), White/silver, Team Discovery (blue/white/yellow), and black. These all look great, but I chose the white one. I think there are also a few "limited edition" colours that are available in certainl places, but these may cost you a few more ££...
In between whatever colour you choose for the helmet shell are 26 "Wind Tunnel" design vents that draw air through the helmet for excellent cooling whilst riding, and although I have only used this hat in the not so hot UK winter/Spring 2006, I can certainly...

...The Giro Atmos makes you look and feel great. The carbon fibre inserts make it very lightweight which makes it go un noticable so you don't feel as if you're riding round with a weight over your head. It uses a RocLoc system to give an adjustable perfect fit around the head. The Atmos has 26 vents which gives it great ventilation to keep your head cool on hot days, along with the coolmax paddings which can be taken out to be washed. It comes with a helmet pod so you can carry and transport your helmet safely. The Atmos is unbelievably light and extremely cool! It may be pricey but it is worth every penny! With this helmet on the market theres no excuses for not wearing one....

This is a facility my own club doesn’t offer and it was very nice. It was a bit of a mess, crumpled newspaper supplements scattered over plush white sofas, a few dirty glasses and plates left neglected on smudged glass tables. Other than that though it was a surprisingly good facility for a pack ‘em in type gym, which I know I’d appreciate if I was a full member. Situated as it is in the middle of Ealing Broadway centre it’d be a nice place to relax for a bit while out shopping, or wait for a friend to finish their browsing if you’re an impatient shopper like me and just while away some time, reading all the weekend newspapers and other magazines for free.
The menu selection for snacks, light meals and drinks...
