* Providing superior load support, this BioForm hipbelt is a thermoformed, laminated closed-cell foam with an outer supportive shell
* ErgoPull hipbelt closure provides extra leverage in cinching, drawing tension along top and bottom, not through the center, relieving hipbone pressure
* Specification for hipbelt sizes are as follows: XSmall - 28 in. - below
* Small - 27-31 in.
* Medium - 30-34 in.

Advantages: Well built, Good load transfer, Non sweat back system Disadvantages: Heavy, looks slightly odd, Occipital cavity doesnt work, front pocket opening too small.
...for this to happen with some users so its a bit pointless.
As for the changes - well the hipbelt seems to have been updated with a sort of a plasticy exoskeleton with the berghaus "EXTREM" logo at the side. As perviously mentioned there is the new waterproof pocket and there are rumors that the Dry Fusion (creats a 100% waterproof pack) technology employed on the Extrem Crag rucksack will make its way to the cyclops for 2005.
In anycase the cyclops carrys a heavy load well and is a tough as they come. If you need a serious pack you wont go far wrong with this.
UPDATE: I've had a look at the latest Version of the Cyclops III and noticed the follwing things : The Evabreathe foam is now softer - which should quash the complaints about the back system feeling softer. The new updated hip belt has more venting and is also softer....

Advantages: Really comfortable and safe feeling Disadvantages: Expensive
...I got this new body protector which is deisgned for women a couple of months ago and I really love it. I was initially put off by the price and weight but when you have it on you can't feel the weight at all and it is the only BP I have ever bought which i feel really comfortable in when i am riding and it feels really safe - it gives me a lot more confidence when i am riding out. My shopkeeper persuaded me to try it on when i was in my local saddler and i couldn't believe how good it felt and it looks good too! I think if you saw it you could be put off by price but i would reccommend anyone trying it on if they got the chance to see how different it feels. The shoulders are also good as they aren't strapped around your arms so you have really good movement....

Advantages: Lasts for ages Disadvantages: Can be quite expesive
...I think that adidas trainers are the best here is why i think they are the best:
They last a very long time
They look new even when you have had them for ages
They are not always expensive (only if you buy the one new in)
They are very fashionable
They look nice on both men and women
They look nice with any trousers, skirt and shorts
They never go out of fashion
So if you are looking to buy a new pair of trainers then i recommend that you buy a pair of Adidas trainers they might be abit expensive but they will last you ages....
