...could have given the tent a better test than this! VALUE FOR MONEY This wasn't the cheapest tent on the market but by no means the most expensive. It cost around £300 bought new last year. I would certainly say this is an excellent tent by a well known brand and it is certainly worth the cost. We are about to start our camping season again this year (later than normal due to the arrival of our youngest son) and plan to do at least 3 or 4 weekend trip along with our annual one week holiday. A year on, there are still no leaks, tears or damage of any kind to the tent and we expect it to last us a good few years to come. Definitely good value for money. Advantages: nice thick bed for camping, inexpensive

As our search went on we grew weary- would we ever find what we were looking for? Discussions were had over the merits of this tent or that, but somehow we reached agreement. It soon became clear, however that, when it came to the issue of what to sleep on, we were on different wavelengths. "Look at this", I said, profferring yet another thin, self inflatable (some may say Thermarest), style camping bed, "we can get two of these, feel how light they are." A new range for 2007 but we were very lucky to pick one up at knock down bargain price, Three times year our local camping stockists, put a show on, of there goods at our local Forest Park, and the tents that are on display, are available at the end, at a vastly reduced rate. And we picked it up for £147.00. Including a few extra's. It was nearing the end of the season for camping, as the weather was getting cooler etc, but see-in my brother and his family also purchased a bargain at the same time, we decided to shoot of the following weekend, for a week in Aberystwyth's Cerdigan Bay, or as we now fondly now it as Tornado Alley.
