Advantages: Good classes, excellent customer service Disadvantages: No pool
...I joined Peak Fitness after my not-so-brilliant experiences with the Gloucester Esporta (see other op). Peak Fitness is about 5 minutes from our new house, and had been reccomended to me by several people at work. So, shortly after Christmas I decided i'd better wear off all that turkey and mince pies and join the gym.
**Who are they**

Advantages: Established club Disadvantages: most of the staff - have no motivation or interest
...I have Been trainining here over couple of years, and in clubs my entire adult life .
This was a good no nonsence place to train, with adequate facilities, now its starting to look run down and tired...but still ok
...Sadly a new manager (Andy) and a studio manager joined a while back and since then - have succeeded in antagnising large percentage of the clients and most of the staff.
Resulting in an every increasing quick turnover of clients and staff!
Simply making it a place to either get in and get out as quick as possible or simply rather not be.
It is a shame, when a Gym's think customer care does not effect the business and they just want your money....

The Steel ring...
