. They start as little as about £50 though and go up to £350+!!! So what is my bench made of? It is made from Rigid steel Tubing that can easily support the weight of yourself and the weights you are going to lift. This can be an extreme amount of combined weight so you need to know its strong enough to take it. This copes easily with no breakable components. The feet for the legs are covered in rubber to prevent slippage when working out and damage to your floor. The part you lie on is a cushioned board covered in wipe clean vinyl. Good for getting the sweat off and very comfortable and grippy. There are no sharp edges to irritate or rub you during exercise. What does it do? Well it something you work on rather than do. This is a review about a breed of cat which I am pretty sure most people have never heard off. Even if you have heard of the breed I am fairly certain you might not have seen one either. How this breed came about ----------------------------------- Well in 1961 in Perthshire, Scotland a shepherd by the name of William Ross noticed the first Scottish Fold cat on record at a farm near Coupar Angus. The cat had ears which appeared to be identical to how an owl might look which were folded. He decided to try and create the breed himself. He then took the cat to be registered and they began this breeding program with 76 kittens being born over a four year period. Out of those 76 kittens 42 of them had folded ears and 34 didn't. Review of Scottish Fold

From bench to table and back again

Every year at half term we take the wooden garden furniture in , so last week into the conservatory went the garden bench. It will stay here until we get the summer here. June time we take our picnic bench /table out of hibernation from the conservatory. We position it on the patio and celebrate the summer by sitting on it while consuming a cup of tea. We have a picnic table that converts to a garden bench, or the other way round. It is a wooden one just like the picture. We have owned this bench for about 15 years now. The bench / table that we have is still in good order. The wood may be a looking a little older. I expect it will eventually decay. I think it is made of pine wood.
