...of socks and then a pair of thick walking socks over the top for comfort and warmth. **********Width/Size********** I am an E/F width, I have one foot sized 7 ½ and the other an 8, which is a pain, which is why I couldn't go up to the next size as the 7 ½ foot would have been too lose in a nine so I have a size 8 which is quite a good snug fit. The boot does however only go up to a size eight, but there is always men's?! The width is good for me too, however I keep the lower section of the boot loser when I tie my laces and the ankle support quite tight to secure my foot and prevent it slipping in my boot. **********Price********** Peter Storm is often a slightly cheaper make to other competitors like North Face, Regatta, Gore-Tex or Berghaus. Advantages: Keeps you warm, dries quickly .

...The Tactical Series undergear from 5.11 is designed to be worn under body armour, to keep the wearer cool, dry and comfortable. I purchased a top to use as a base layer when wearing a rucksack. Most of the 5.11 Tactical Series undergear comes in what they call 'muscle mapping' style i.e. tight. As I don't really want a t-shirt 'mapping' my beer-belly, I went for the crew loose fit version, to leave a bit more to the imagination. # 5.11 claim these will keep you cool when it is hot and warm when it is cold - I have found this t-shirt to keep me warm when it is cold and roasting hot when it is warm! In warm or hot weather, I just have to take it off as it is too hot, but in cool/cold weather, it is a brilliant warm base layer. ...'s also got further white at the neck and sleeves. I am totally looking forward to seeing the white away t-shirt, which is released on August 31, 2006. The AIG sponsor is in black this time and the shape around the crest is also in black. I think this new look has gone down pretty well with the supporters, especially when they know it's out for one season, as they'll be looking forward to getting back to normal next season....
