Advantages: Friendly department, variety of modules, ranked in world top 20 Disadvantages: Heavy workload, department need a bit of renovation
This review is intended not only for those deciding between which university they may choose to do a physics degree, but also, for those who are trying to decide if physics is the degree for them.
The physics department at UCL is a somewhat medium sized department, with approximately 140-170 new undergraduates joining each year. Located in the very heart of the main university campus, with libraries, cafeteria, student union, theatre, several museums, and transport links all within 5 minutes walk away, and only a 15 minute bus ride to Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street, so everything really is close at hand.
The department itself seems to lack charm, and could do with some modernisation to make it more welcoming, although, this is now slowly taking place. But don't let this put you off, because under the paintwork, and behind ...

Advantages: efective little cleaner Disadvantages: Noisy
I have a small home so when I needed a new vacuum cleaner I chose the Dyson DC24 which is a smaller version of the standard model. It cost £189.99. I was expecting almost a child sized vacuum cleaner but there is not really much difference at all.
It was so simple to put together, there are peel off stickers on the unit to explain things as you go. It only took me 5 minutes to have it assembled. The ball makes vacuuming effortless, and the head of the vacuum is narrow so its easy to get under the sofa, low tables, etc.
It has strong suction as you would expect from a Dyson but it is surprising how full the cylinder is when you have finished. It really gets everything up. This does mean however that you need to empty the dust cylinder quite frequently.
The power cable is short and not retractable which can look a bit untidy if it is ...
Advantages: One of the finest albums created by the greatest commercial rock band ever Disadvantages: A couple of weaker songs but that is it.
A double album of complete and utter bona fide quality. This is arguably Zeppelins finest piece of studio work; only Led zeppelin II comes close really. It has an abstract quality, but yet has the simplest riffs and words. This is a fine blend of the bands various talents; it truly is their version of Frankenstein’s monster, an assortment of good parts used to create a perfect lasting imprint on music history. Few of the songs let down the album, which is blessed with one of zeppelins finest pieces 'Kashmir'. Can you get better than this... well yes in the form of the who's, 'who's next' but this truly was a masterpiece, as is physical graffiti, just to a partially lower extent. If you want a led zeppelin album to kick-start your collection, start with the best.
This album is one of those rare albums that encapsulates everything ...
