The inversion table is the standard for decompressing the spine, helping to stimulate blood flow to release stress, compression fatigue and lower back pain. The inversion table returns to upright position when hands are moved below the waist.
Advantages: Relaxes and decompresses the spine and muscles Disadvantages: Takes up a lot of room
...and the jutting out bone in the back of my neck was flat. The drawback was that this was costing me £60 per week then after four months £60 per month.
Prior to attending this treatment I had been tempted to buy an inversiontable to see if it would help as the claim was that it helped to align your spine and took all the stress out of it aiding decompression and allowing your body to relax and revitalize. As usual I had an excuse for spending the £99.00 as I figured it was less than two sessions with the physio and would hopefully save me money by not having to attend sessions anymore. I bought it about a year ago and have not been back to the physiotherapist since. Advantages: Unique design works well, quality pub food, reasonable prices. Disadvantages: Close proximity to motorway makes outdoor eating a no no for me, tiny loo's.

Advantages: Food presentation, good seating and decor, portion size, quality of food, vegetarian dishes Disadvantages: Temperature of the restaurant, long waiting time, extras that weren't stated
...Yesterday was my dad's birthday, and for the evening we decided it would be a good idea to go out as a family to TableTable for our dinner. So after getting ready and changing into my Ark Clothing dress that I'd bought a couple of months ago, but hadn't got round to wearing, we made our way to the restaurant - at around 6:15.
The Exterior
When we got there it was around 6:30, and the six of us - My dad, my mom, my sister, my grandma, my grandad and me - made our way inside the restaurant to take our seats and wait for my auntie and uncle to arrive. The outside of the restaurant was very typical, but very nice looking. There were two, maybe three, benches outside for people to sit on in the nice weather if they decided to, and I pointed out to my mom that it looked like a restaurant you'd see abroad. I'm not actually sure why...
