Well it's meant to be a wrist exceriser but it's also very addictive.
Basically you thin the starting cord around the inner section, give it a quick tug and move your wrist in a smooth circular motion to rotate the inner section and get it to rotate faster and faster and faster....
Well it's not quite that simple. The technique takes a bit of practising but once you get the hang of the little b**ch you won't be able to put it down.
There's a little computer on the top which tells you(in 3 different modes) the current rpm of the inner section, the best rpm yet(resetable) and your personal strength index which basically records the rotations in 30 seconds.
It's very light but once you get it started it can push up to 26 kg against your wrist.
It looks terrible but that's not why you buy it!
Just a few words of warning: the cord you get to start it up easily breaks(i'm told) and don't use it too much the first day or you will wake up without hands.
Overall good but price could be improved(£25!).
