The Apple iPod Nano 5th gen is that much different from the 4th generation. The main features that are noticeable is obviously the video camera. Amazingly the Nano's form factor is exactly the same, if not smaller even with the camera. The video camera is only VGA, nothing special, though it comes in handy and it's only about £10 more than the previous model.
The 5th Gen model also has a larger screen. I love the super clear curved glass display of the previous model, and with the new model having a larger 2.2 inch screen, it's just a bonus.
Another great feature I love is the built in FM Radio. I find this feature very useful and convenient and I thought that this was the feature that the previous model lacked.
The 5th Gen Nano has the same long battery life of 24 hours music playback and 5 hours video playback.

The first thing to mention is that I don't actually own this piece of equipment, however I do use it in my gym. I first heard about powerplates long before I used one because I'd read that all the celebrities were crazy about them and had lost loads of weight by using them, so when two arrived in my gym I was a little excited.
WHAT IT IS
Basically, the machine plate vibrates and aims to tone your muscles by giving them a high speed workout by causing them to contract and relax. You stand in different positions (like a lunge or squat) and hold the position while the vibration works the muscles more than you could on your own without spending hours on squats or lunges.
HOW IT WORKS

Advantages: Sleek design, intuitive controls. Superb graphics, even on a normal telly. Disadvantages: Will only run certain X-Box 1 games, online play must be paid for.
The first next-generation console to be released, beating the Playstation 3 to market by a year or so, the X-Box 360 is a superb bit of kit. It's a sleek-looking machine that sits neatly on top of your TV or DVD player, although it has to be said that the unit's power supply is slightly more clunky looking and is best placed out of view.
Being a fairly new console, the 360's gaming library is fairly limited, but those games that have been released look superb, even on a normal telly. I'd recommend checking out stealth game Hitman: Blood Money, sprawling role-playing game The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion and, if you're a racing fan, Burnout 3 or Project Gotham Racing.
All of these games are hugely entertaining, the latter two supporting online play, through the X-Box Live system. Although it does costs forty pounds a year to use ...
