Advantages: Reliable, easy to use Disadvantages: Spinlock safety locks not very secure if not tightened properly
I purchased this about a year ago and was pretty impressed with it. With the set you get a 7kg barbell bar with 2 spinlock safety locks, 2 dumbell bars with 4 spinlock safety locks and plates that go up as: 4 x 5kg, 4 x 2.5kg, 4 x 1.25 and 4 x 0.5kg. The barbell and the dumbells have good grip sections on them however form blisters on your hands if used a lot, therefore I would suggest purchasing some good quality York weightlifting gloves to prevent this.
The spinlock safety locks are good if you tighten them really tight, however they easily gradually unspin if you do not tighten them enough. Also in my opinion the weight of the plates could be in higher weight value, like 4 x 7.5kg just so that people who like to add extra weight can do as it is difficult to get many more than 2 plates on each side especially on the dumbells.

On my quest to find the perfect blusher this was another one that came highly recommended from lots of friends and various celebs in beauty magazines. Stila's Convertible Colour is a multi-use make-up item, designed to use either on the cheeks or on the lips, and is a cream based product rather than the traditional powder or liquid cheek stains.
The Good
This comes in an adorable coloured metallic compact, about 6cm in diameter, with the lid embossed with the Stila logo and lots of pretty flower, and has a mirror inside the lid. Each compact contains 4.5g of the product. I love the packaging with these - really convenient to carry round to be applied on the go - the mirror means this is easy to do and the product is applied with your fingers so no need to be carrying round a brush with you. WHAT IS IT?
The BMW 320d SE is a clever folding metal roof version of BMW's ever popular 3-Series. Particularly interesting in this case is that roof up, the styling is barely distinguishable from the conventional 3-Series Coupe model.
The 3-Series has always been one of the more spacious, four seater convertibles, the folding metal roof does not change this, at 4.58 metres long and 1.985 wide, it is identical in size to Coupe model.
