As far as I am concerned Lucozade sport has really worked for me in improving my performance in sports and exercise. I quite often play Squash or go to the Gym after work on weekday evenings, I find it difficult to eat a proper meal before hand due to lack of time and if I do eat I tend to feel bloated and slowed. I don?t think it is a great idea to exercise after a meal, because less blood is supplied to your muscles as it is going to your stomach and small intestine to absorb nutrients from digestion of food. INTRODUCTION
Our Nintendo Wii has been hibernating under our TV, gathering dust since shortly after Christmas. The Wii party games made a brief appearance for the holidays and the shine of Wii Fit wore off after our New Year?s resolutions met with their usual success and longevity (i.e. none). It?s a fab console, but it?s very ease of ?pick up and play? makes it just as easy to ignore in favour of other pursuits. However, we were intrigued by the promise and novelty of the new Wii MotionPlus gadget, and when Wii Sports Resort (WSR) ? essentially Wii Sports 2 ? was announced, it was immediately added to our Wish List. As such, I was delighted when I received it for my birthday last week, and It has played a part in our nightly entertainment since.

As a game which came free with the Wii console, 'Wii Sports' had little to prove - a title designed to show off the ingenious controls of the new machine, which at times meant that it felt like a bit of a glorified tech-demo. The sequel 'Wii Sports Resort' is tied in with the release of MotionPlus - the little white box that plugs into the bottom of the Wii controller, offering much more accuracy and finesse of controls - but does the game make the most of the new technology, or is it a missed opportunity?
