I own GHDS and I love the fact that they not only give a poker straight look but also they create very glamorous curls, My friend came to my house the other week and she had just purchased the Babyliss pro porcelain revel conical wand curling tongs and she had done her hair that morning with them, her hair looked so amazing, the best I?ve seen it in years, I love the curls that ghd give don?t get me wrong but these tongs give a more bouncer curl and soon as I saw her hair I fell in love with the tongs, she told me I could try them out the next day, so the next day I went to her house and Tried them on my hair, and I loved them, I also curled my hair extensions with them and they looked fabulous. . A weights bench that doesn't wobble!!!!! Atlast!!!!!!

Advantages: stable and versatile....did I mention stable (Its excellent)
Disadvantages: A bit costly, the weights you will need are expensive.

I've seen benches that have the butterfly attachments, which I personally think are awful and extremely uncomfortable to use. The leg extention and hamstring curl however is extremely easy to use. I would point out a couple of floors however. On the bench I used, the 20g load did not fit, I therefore had to use x2 10kg. All well and good, but depending on your leg extention and hamstring curling ability, you could run out of room to place more weight onto the small bar and really outgrow its use.....just something to be mindful of. From bench to table and back again

Every year at half term we take the wooden garden furniture in , so last week into the conservatory went the garden bench. It will stay here until we get the summer here. June time we take our picnic bench /table out of hibernation from the conservatory. We position it on the patio and celebrate the summer by sitting on it while consuming a cup of tea. We have a picnic table that converts to a garden bench, or the other way round. It is a wooden one just like the picture. We have owned this bench for about 15 years now. The bench / table that we have is still in good order. The wood may be a looking a little older. I expect it will eventually decay. I think it is made of pine wood. This picnic table looks like ones you get in pub gardens although the ones in pubs do not fold up into a bench. The simple mechanism ...
