...As you can see from the pictures this rowing item basically has two foot loops to put your feet in and a handle bar to hold onto with a very big spring inbetween. There are a number of different ways you can use this to work different areas of your body, you can put your feet in and sit on the floor with your legs out streight then pull the hand part, stand wholst using it and pull the hand part in front of your body or use it by pulling the hand part behind your body. I chose this one as it is a lot cheaper and smaller so easier to store than the other rowing machines and to begin with it was great but there is no way of tightning the tension so once your body has got used to it it doesnt do a lot for you other than cardiovascular, this realy is for beginners only.... ...I have found this to be an excellent rowing machine, especially after using the concept rowers at gyms. It compares very well against them. The computer gives you the ability to really up the tension as you progress. It also offers you bespoke programmes similar to that in treadmills and cycling machines for overall cariovascular workouts. You can even direct the air back on you to provide some much needed air whilst you are woking out. It needs to be plugged in for computuer to work, but its a great all round machine. The seat runs very smoothly and the pulling mechanism is seat-belt like material, so very durable. It is extreemly heavy and so not easy to move, but the seat running bar can be unlocked and lifted upright to make storage easier.... Read review

...these are my views on the Nike Sparta ball. there is not very much to write about when describing a football, however i will do my best to share my opinion on this ball. firstly my experience of this ball has been a positive one. the ball is made from an excellent leather which gains good leverage with a decent kick. this is important as some balls, no matter how hard they have been hit, will only travel a certain distance before descending. when i first bought the ball, about 6 months ago, i only used to play with it on grass, as i didnt want to scuff the leather so that the patches wore and started to fall off. however for the past 2 month i have been playing with the ball on concrete regularly and the ball is still intact. this shows the the robustness of the ball and the quality of the leather it is made from. i have read...
