Advantages: Good pucnh and good control for an hyper carbon racket
Disadvantages: needs more control

...This is a pretty good racket. Coming into the hyper carbon era in tennis from graphite this racket has a lot of punch to it, and also has a lot of control to it. The control may not be has good as the original ProStaff graphite racket which was used by former no. 1 Pete Sampras. However comparing this racket to other hyper carbon rackets this racket has good control. The punch in this racket makes it easier to play shots witm more power and little effort, however the draw back with this racket for me has been when trying to attack an approach ball. When you try to put a little more effort in the attack the racket usually ends up giving to much of a punch making the ball out of control.... Read review

Advantages: Great name in golf balls
Disadvantages: Not really for high handicappers

...I'm not really into the science of golf balls, all I know is that there are good balls and not so good balls. I wouldn't play with golf balls that cost 20p per ball such as Donnay because they don't feel nice to hit and yes on the golf course you just don't use Donnay to play low rounds and in tourneys. I tried a titleist Pro V1X today in a Stableford tourney off white tees so I had a little extra yardage to play, I mostly use Titleist PTS Solo because they are designed for mid to high handicappers, and I can hit them, so they work for me. Titleist have brought out this new breed of ball, and as i said I don't know the science so i'm not going to say there is this and there is that, etc. All i know is that these balls are designed to cut out spin, have a lower flight and create more distance, however, I never saw any of that. Advantages: LOOKS GREAT, GOOD WARRANTY, GOOD WEIGHT STACK
Disadvantages: you have to change the weight resistance for every exercise

...THE WEIDER PRO 3000 MULTI GYM ----------------------------------------------------------- Right decided to get fit and buy a Multigym after searching the web for the awhile i found the weider pro series what first caught my eye was the colour red black and white much more atractive than all the other multi gyms i had been seeing after looking further into the weider pro series i found the 3000 was the best model for me so great i had found my multigym paid for it and waited for the delivery, Finally about a week later i received it so great lets put it together after opening the box i soon realized i had bit off more than i could chew it looked like a mammoth task so i got stuck in after and 2 hours or so and some help from my brother things started to come together nicely the instructions were very helpful they include a step...
