Advantages: Tidy and compact, easy to use, feels sturdy and you can run upto 10 miles an hour!
Disadvantages: Little bit noisy, it is a bit of a pain to have to change the incline manually

Weslo M5 Treadmill In my Opinion a Good Quality and Great Value basic running machine I was looking for a cheap piece of home fitness equipment, I decided on a treadmill but needed something to fit my budget and my expectations in terms of quality and durability. My research led me to the Weslo M5 - made by Icon in the States who have a good reputation in the fitness industry for quality which was a an important factor for me in terms of getting value for money. In m opinion, the Weslo M5 is by no means a cheaply built treadmill, it's a solid, neat, reliable machine and folds away without being too big and bulky, and at around 65kg it's not as heavy as some. Folded Ears

Advantages: The best companion you could hope for

the result of a spontaneous mutation causing the ears to be folded. My Cat --------- I have a pedigree Scottish Fold named Sir Cakil Eliot. He is 10 years old now and he is a wonderful and special cat to me. He is a short haired blue cream colour and has these amazing orange eyes which make him look like an owl when he is awake. The ears are fantastic because you can easily see inside them and then move them back to their straight position, but as soon as you let go of them they return to this folded position. I brought Eliot when he was 8 weeks old and he had the folded ears by then already. His value was £350 which seems really cheap when I think about it now. He has the most loving temperament I have ever seen in a cat. He is very much a 'posh' cat. He walks round the home and demands respect and shows people he is the boss ...

Continuous motors are much more reliable. 0 - 20 km/H speed range (0 - 12 mph) This is pretty fast and will cover runners from novice through to elite. I have rarely seen any running machine quicker than this (even the technogym kit found in gyms which is 3 times the price!). 0-12% powered incline An important element for an indoor treadmill. The ability to simulate running up hills is an excellent feature and a 12% incline is huge! One tip for everyone is if you are running at 0% incline I.e the deck is flat, you will be running at a quicker speed than you normally can outside, to achieve the same level of resistance as outside running you have to have the deck inclined to 2% (2 degree?s). 4 window LED display with dot matrix profile Wow, how un-exciting!
