Advantages: Good quality, strong, Value for money Disadvantages: Nothing at all.
I have owned a Seiko Kinetic watch for about 5 years now. The model is a 5m42 OE30.
There are other models available like the 5M42-0h09 which has the same face but a complete blue plastic strap, quality of the watch is not as good though.
I believe that Seiko don't make this one any more and for the life of me I don't know why. I have however seen them in a few jewellers shops around the country and in Germany.
I bought it for £220 which was in a sale reduced from £400. Bargain.
The watch is silver in colour with a black face and white night illuminated numbers. There are the standard analogue Hour, Minute and second hands along with a clear and readable date display on the right hand side. Telling the time in any conditions is easy as the display is clear and well presented.
Also shown on the face is the battery meter ...
Asda Blue Charge - 1 litre bottle
This is a high impact stimulation drink, which contains taurine and it is carbonated fruit flavoured with added caffeine and vitamins. It is basically a supermarket version of the well known Redbull. I find this drink's texture like any other fizzy drink but a little bit thicker and not as tinkerly when going down the throat. I could not say what flavour I am tasting but when I saw that it contains apple flavouring, then I realise it does have a hint of it.
The 1 litre costed 89p (13/01/2009) from Adsa obviously. But I got the special offer, which was buy 3 for £2.50. Saved 17p only but its still a saving as I am going ...

Advantages: Cheaper than Red Bull Disadvantages: just as horrible
They seem to be the craze these days, energy drinks. They cost the earth compare to normal fizzy drinks, but do they give you energy?
Well I for one am not convinced, recently I've been feeling a bit tired about 3/4 the way through my working day. So I thought I'd give Red Bull a try since it's the only energy drink they sell at my work. £1.20 out of pocket and still knackered, thumbs down to that one then.
At our usual shopping trip to Asda we spotted Blue Charge, Asda's version of Red Bull. At 48p a can I thought well that's like getting two for the price of one Red Bull, worth a try.
Like most of these types of drinks it contains taurine and added vitamins. I wouldn't go as far to say it tastes unpleasant but then again I wouldn't go as far to say it tastes pleasant either. It says fruit flavour on the can, but you'd be ...
