Advantages: They are bringing some back. Disadvantages: I am getting old
This review brings back so many memories, i love watching the re-runs of some of them and glad that some have been updated for today's children. As a child i don't think i watched too much TV, i was mostly out doors climbing trees, building stuff.
Anyway here is my top ten children's programmes:
1. Clangers - My mum loved this as a child and it keeps coming back again and again. I watched this a lot as a child, mostly re-runs. Why it held my attention i don't know but it was so good. My husband is also a fan and we have 3 clangers who live in our bedroom.
2. Fraggle Rock - Bring it back, oh i just loved this and when the theme tune came on i was glued. We have a dozzers which we got from Disney world, if your a fan you will know what i mean. I also loved the opening park with the Dog.

I'm honoured to be the first person to write about the Top 5 children books.
Righto well this is coming out of pure memory when I was a youngster these were like my favourite books.
1. SPOT THE DOG!!
Oh my god I use to love spot the dog he was this cute little puppy that use to get himself in trouble and was very helpful to his friends. However he had an over protective mother which didn't seem to really matter as he had such special friends.
The thing I use to love about the books were its beautiful pictures and how it use to be eye catching and the real reason was that there was these flaps that you had to pick up so you can see who knows where Spot was hiding or who took the bears honey. It was just marvellous.
This book is really aimed at the children whom are really of the age of 2years to about 5 years old.
