...I'll always recommend looking up Blitz online because they can be bought from numerous online sites and if you're lucky enough to find them in a high street store then even better! im very big into my boxing and this punch bag designed by the famous make "Gold's Gym" tops the mark for my training. Made of black tinted leather it certainly looks the part too! Review of Gold's Gym Punch Bag Leather

Bob the Boxer?, he should stick to building

Advantages: good for hand eye work
Disadvantages: limited, falls over and ludicrously expensive

I have two major issues with BOB, firstly he never winces when I hit him and two, why do you cost soooooo much! I've used Bob in the gym a number of times and find him quite useful.
