This DVD is appealing to all golfers for the reason that it is brought to us by DavidLeadbetter. He coaches some of golfs best players in the world including; Ernie Els, Michelle Wie, Justin Rose, Charles Howell III, Ty Tryon, Ian Poulter and Nick Dougherty. The teaching methods that he uses in this DVD can be very easily related to by all levels of golf players, whether they are yet to make it out on the course, or have been playing at a high level for a number of years. As a 7 handicap golfer myself, I found this DVD very helpful, as it can be used to get the basics of your swing sound and strong, and so you can return to this DVD time afyter time when your game is not as it should be. Overall, I found " The Swing" to be enjoyable to watch, easy to relate to and it has made a significant improvement to my game. ...

Well, the Leadbetter Box Set is comprised of three DVD's, it guides you through each aspect of the golf swing, explaining the swing plain in very good length. The main focus of this DVD is promote a better understanding of the good and bad points of the average golfers' swing. It then starts to build a solid foundation on a professionals golf swing introducing new swing drills for the golf course, such as the L to L drill. Overall, as an avid golfer myself of reasonable handicap I found this to be very helpful as a introduction to the aspects of golf.
DavidLeadbetter is famous for his teaching skill and really shows how golf should be played. I found this very intresting and both very helpful in the process to building a good golf swing and playing better golf.

a good DVD. It would be nice if another DVD was released containing a harder and faster routine that would help with the cardio side.
Shaolin Strength Training
This part of the DVD lasts about 35 minutes and is narrated by David Carradine and performed by two people who are supposed to be teaches.
This part of the DVD starts off with a warm-up, has some strength training movements and then has an internal cool down.
The movements are performed several times slowly and then performed several times using full tension which is a technique called ?Dynamic Tension?.
After performing this routine, I did have a slight sweat so it did work out my body and I also enjoyed following along to this routine. A lot of the movements I have seen before in ?Iron Wire? sets but as this is just a beginners DVD, it only shows a few ...
