...This new Kona Roast features a 7005 downhill alloy frame, a marizocci z5 fly lite air suspension, a drive chain consisting of a race face pordigy chainset and shimano deore LX front and back derallieurs, deore shifter, 9 speed cassette and XT cranks. Having bought this bike I was shiocked at just how good value for money it was, Wioth AVID V brakes and Tioga Down Hill factory tyres It handled like a BMX. This wasn't the first KONA I ever owned, owning a nunu a few years ago 'til I smashed the frame jumping. Even I won't be able to break this Roast frame. I conclude an excellent allround bike for the money... Read review

...The Evolve Series of Bottom Bracket from Race Face Have an amazing Spec for the Price, There Retailing at Around £45 for something that is twice as strong as the competitors. When I say Twice as strong this is because the The whole case has been shot penned to harden it and There are two sets of bearings in the drive side of the bottom bracket to allow for great strain to be put on it, as your drive side takes the power to the chain. Plus a few other tricks to make it the strongest BB on the Market. This makes it ideal for trials as the bash ring, when used pushes a lot of force onto the drive side arm of the bottom bracket, causing pits in bearings in most BB. Race face have gone a step further though as the bearing have been bought in and disassembled and the grease replaced with there own mix that is said to increase the life up... Read review

The idea is that the rucksack gives you somewhere to store your gear and the water bladder (complete with drinking tube) means you have water readily available at any point during your exercise. The M.U.L.E bladder holds up to 3litres of water and the rucksack has room for just under 9litres of cargo. So in the scheme of things, it's one of the smaller rucksacks on offer. This small size is both a good and a bad thing - it means you're not carrying any more weight than you absolutely need to but it also means you're limited on what you can take with you.
