Advantages: Excellent bike with well Specified Equipment Disadvantages: No fun riding in the rain.
...If you are considering purchasing a new bike and are
not sure which to choose I can recommend the C.B. Urban 300.It is a cross between a road bike and a mountain bike.
Having an aluminium frame it is light and easy to ride
(Make sure you get the correct size frame)
The Shimano gears I have found to be excellent, the
brakes are very good to.
I chose this particular model over the Urban 100 & 200
due to the better specification of parts and the front
suspension which enhances both comfort on road and offroad.
It is ideal for treking on trails or country pathways.

Advantages: Light, Strong, twice as strong as competitors, isis Disadvantages: non
...The Evolve Series of Bottom Bracket from RaceFace Have an amazing Spec for the Price, There Retailing at Around £45 for something that is twice as strong as the competitors.
When I say Twice as strong this is because the The whole case has been shot penned to harden it and There are two sets of bearings in the drive side of the bottom bracket to allow for great strain to be put on it, as your drive side takes the power to the chain. Plus a few other tricks to make it the strongest BB on the Market.
This makes it ideal for trials as the bash ring, when used pushes a lot of force onto the drive side arm of the bottom bracket, causing pits in bearings in most BB. Raceface have gone a step further though as the bearing have been bought in and disassembled and the grease replaced with there own mix that is said to increase the life up...

Advantages: Keeps you warm Disadvantages: A bit thin for winter surfing
...Over all I was pleased with this wetsuit, its does the job and was redeemably priced.
COMFORT AND PARCTICALITY
A wetsuits comfort, whatever make it is will depend on wither it is a short summer suit or a long winter one. A short suit would be more comfortable when the water is warmer and you are spending more time on the beach itself, however if a short suit is too larger it tends to shift around much more giving you're a very sour neck. Most Circle One longies make good summer and winter suits because they are thin enough that you will not get too hot in the summer but it is still bearable in January/ February, however it is still important to get one the right size because wearing one which is too small will restrict your movement and one which is too large will rub on your neck and chest. If you do own one which is only slightly too...
