My heavyweight rambo turnout rug has been nothing but fantastic since i purchased it. From day one its been completely waterproof in all kinds of weather, its never slipped despite some extreme rolling by my horse and my mare has happily lived out 24/7 with her clip and stayed lovely and cosy. It hasnt snagged on any of the fences either and nor has any of the other horses left any snags on it whilst they were playing The down side is the price.. over £100 is a lot to pay out at one time but my rug is over a year old and looks and acts like new still so they are good investment. One point is that they seem to come up quite deep on some horses so seem to fit well on the types with bigger barrel body or deeper girth as it does come quite near to my mares knees!
