Unfortunately, on the Rambo Supreme I bought there was a fault in the manufacture of it and the neck cover kept detaching and falling off. I contacted Horseware several times, but they didn't respond at all. I eventually had to go to the Irish version of Trading Standards and suggest legal action before I got a response. Horseware then declined to replace the faulty rug and eventually 'repaired' the original one that had never been right from the start, which wasn't what I wanted. The whole thing took almost a year to resolve, and I had to buy another rug/neck cover for my pony in the meantime. Horseware didn't appear to me to be apologetic or concerned about the inconvenience or expense I'd been caused. I was very disappointed that such an expensive rug had been faulty when I bought it,, and even more disappointed that the level of customer service in my case was so poor. I'm sure others have had better experiences with this company, but I don't feel I can recommend this rug on the basis of mine.
