I personally play at club level and have for many years. We used to be sponsored by a local sports club who manufactured their own cricket balls. Now we are being sponsored by readers and have had a couple hundred of these balls delievered. Firstly these balls are prime A ... ...As the name of the product suggests these are county sized balls, however I arent sure of the exact measurements and weights of them. The leather is extremely tight and has being ironed out to ensure that it doesnt easily crack or deplete. I personally find these balls helpful for swing bowlers due to the leather composition and the soft cotton which has being used for the stitching. In terms of batting these balls are terrible. As the name of the product suggests these are county sized balls, however I arent sure of the exact measurements and weights of them. The leather is extremely tight and has being ironed out to ensure that it doesnt easily crack or deplete. I personally find these balls helpful for swing bowlers due to the leather composition and the soft cotton which has being used for the stitching. In terms of batting these balls are terrible. They tend to swing and the true flight from the bowlers hand to the crease is hard to distinguish. I myself however being a bowler arent too bothered about this. As I have said the cotton stitching is extremely soft which makes for great bowling at the start, however after 6 or 7 innings they become terrible and awkward to use.
Finally these balls due to the leather having a hard composition they dont tend to get bogged down with slight moisture.
In general a good ball for bowling, however I wouldnt advice it for batting and if you are unlucky enough to be batting against this ball, use your eyes even more.
