INTRO
After the sudden death of my 7 year old Pro-form treadmill it was time to start looking for something to replace it with but being somewhat out of pocket (probably due to credit crunch/petrol prices) my budget was under £400. I must say I didn't think that I'd be able to get much treadmill for my money.
FINDING A TREADMILL
I started my searching on the Internet with a firm called fitness-superstore http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk, which has a great range of low priced treadmills and I soon became zapped by the latest designs and specifications of the new range of treadmill on the market. As I set my budget at under £400 this helped me to narrow my searching and leave me with 3 possible treadmills that met my needs, the makes were Pro-form, Weslo, Reebok.

Advantages: Quick Work-Out, Cheaper than Power Plates, Great Results Disadvantages: Only tones your body, doesnt keep you fit.
the next day! My legs were aching like i'd done a cross country run the previous day. Even though i was aching, i was extremly happy, knowing that this machine had its job. I now use this machine3 times a week, varying my exercises. I feel much better for it, and noticed my body toning all over.
The Machine
The options on this machine are pretty basic, but then how much do you actually need to exercise? You have 6 buttons on the control panel. Two control the level of speed the plate vibrates, one starts the vibrating and one stops it. The other two are your timer and program functions. There 3 programs pre-installed into this model, which automatically set the speed and levels, there is also a manual option where by you can control the time and level when exercising. The time can be adjusted from 1-10 minutes.

Does anyone remember watching the British comedy Game On? Released on tv in 1995, I remember Game On became a cult classic because of its likeable characters and adult humor.
When I first watched it the cast was made up of unknown actors however now they have gone on the brilliant careers in film and tv.
With 3series' under its belt and a total of 18 episodes Game On was a firm favourite in my house.
The series' basically followed the lives of three flatmates in their twenties who shared a flat in London. They included the self obsessed agoraphobic Ben Chaplin (Matthew) who has been there and done everything you would want to do but better, nerdy and naive Matthew Cottle (Martin) and the object of their lust the beautiful Samantha Womak 'nee Janus' (Mandy).
