Honestly one of the most fantastic products, you can use it for skiiing, hoola hoops and all sorts. It is an amazing piece of technology with one huge downside BATTERYS - Batterys run out very quickly in this product, it cannot just take any battery it has to be brand new ones as the ones that are lying around your house are probably dead. Its wireless though, which saves the mass of cables which manages to form behind my tv. I have also had problems in the past pairing this device with my wii as the thing sometimes jsut doesnt want to talk to my wii, i have to hold the pairing button down on the console until it forgets all the controllers and Wii fit and re- pair them- this can be very time consuming but totally worth it in the end. ...

What is a 'Wii Fit'?
Before explaining what a Wii Fit is, I will explain the equipment you will need for it. The Wii Fit works on a Nintendo Wii - the Wii is a games console, which uses a handheld remote for interactive play (simulating tennis etc). In addition to the games console you will need a Wii Fit balance board. This can be used with other games such as skiing etc but will initially be purchased with the Wii Fit software. Nintendo Wii Fit (Wii Fit)
I got Wii fit on Christmas day 2008 and ever since I have not got off it. I am a really big gamer and when I bought the Wii i thought it wasn't going to be good and it wasn't that good as the Xbox 360 or the PlayStation 3, but when I got Wii Fit for it I have been playing it one hour a day every day. I do all kinds of exercises on it. Including Jogging, Push up's, Step aerobics and many more. It really is a good way of excerising because it is fun and you don't even know that you are excerising!

In the Wii Fit box there is not too much, there is a Wii fit balance board, Wii fit Wii game, Four AA Batteries and Manuals.
