Advantages: QUALITY, VALUE FOR MONEY, COMPACT. Disadvantages: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
INTRO
After the sudden death of my 7 year old Pro-form treadmill it was time to start looking for something to replace it with but being somewhat out of pocket (probably due to credit crunch/petrol prices) my budget was under £400. I must say I didn't think that I'd be able to get much treadmill for my money.
FINDING A TREADMILL
I started my searching on the Internet with a firm called fitness-superstore http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk, which has a great range of low priced treadmills and I soon became zapped by the latest designs and specifications of the new range of treadmill on the market. As I set my budget at under £400 this helped me to narrow my searching and leave me with 3 possible treadmills that met my needs, the makes were Pro-form, Weslo, Reebok.
After some head scratching I decided that the 'Reebok I RUN ...

Advantages: Great shop, items and prices Disadvantages: I think there's only 2 stores in the whole country
sizes.
The footwear section took up quite a lot of room in the store too but was mainly stocked up in the right hand cornor of the store, most of the items of footwear were on display in order of sizes which I liked. You just had to visit the section of your shoe size and choose a pair of shoes. Again the prices were lower which was fab and half sizes were available. You could buy trainers which could either be running trainers or casual trainers, football boots, astro turfs, studded boots or Moulded boots and then 'Reebok' sandals and footwear for the summer. I picked up a pair of Gold and White Reebok classics in size 5 and a half for only £20!!! These trainers are very popular and are usually sold at prices of around £35-£60 in this specific size.~I was very impressed and the trainers have lasted as well, (Check out opinion coming in ...

This will be quite a short review as it doesn't take very long to write about THE most pointless exercise tool I've ever seen.
Bodymax handgrips are designed to strengthen the forearms and hands........but why? Is it for old ladies, so that they can open particulary stubborn jars of beetroot? perhaps its for men who require a quicker, more powerful "beer drinking" arm, or maybe its for teenage boys as these items seem to find there way into every adolescent lads room. Now who is it buying these things that seem to think teenage boys need help strengthening their wrists (hmmmmm)?
Now apparently they are designed to get rid of tennis elbow or carpal tunnel syndrome, but without being funny, I'm sure there's not a big enough market out there for these two ailments alone. For one thing, were all rubbish at tennis (sorry Mr Murray ...
