Reebok I-Run Plus Treadmill

THE FANTASTIC 'REEBOK I RUN TREADMILL'

Advantages: QUALITY, VALUE FOR MONEY, COMPACT.
Disadvantages: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

INTRO After the sudden death of my 7 year old Pro-form treadmill it was time to start looking for something to replace it with but being somewhat out of pocket (probably due to credit crunch/petrol prices) my budget was under £400. I must say I didn't think that I'd be able to get much treadmill for my money. FINDING A TREADMILL I started my searching on the Internet with a firm called fitness-superstore http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk, which has a great range of low priced treadmills and I soon became zapped by the latest designs and specifications of the new range of treadmill on the market. As I set my budget at under £400 this helped me to narrow my searching and leave me with 3 possible treadmills that met my needs, the makes were Pro-form, Weslo, Reebok. Review of Reebok I Run +

i -run...........your better off with an i-pod :

Advantages: Cheap, easy to store, basic functionality
Disadvantages: Not sturdy, too basic, not quick enough!

Ok I thought I would write a review about the Reebok I Run +, mainly because I wanted to highlight the difference between this runner compared to the more expensive models out there. The last runner I reviewed was the Horizon Elite 507 which came in at a touch over £1000. This is an expensive treadmill, but it came with everything you need from a running machine. The Reebok I Run + is considerably cheaper, but as the old saying goes, ?You get what you pay for?, in this case, a running machine that does half a job. Let me explain. SPECIFICATIONS 1.75 horsepower (HP) continuous Now the engine on this machine is actually not bad for the money you are paying for it. Review of Reebok I Run +

Old Model I-Walk...I-Run

Advantages: Very good design, SImple basic controls, Easy to set up
Disadvantages: Very limited pre-set programmes, No power incline

I jog on the road most of the time but moved out into the country this year and while its great in the daytime the roads round here are a bit too narrow and a bit too dark to run on after work - so I wanted a treadmill for these occasions & when its just too foul outside. Before buying a treadmill I ummed and aahed for a while on whether to invest a lot of money in a full featured treadmill or go basic and see if I actually use the thing. In the end I picked up a 2nd hand older I-Run model from ebay and I have to say I'm very happy with the choice. the model I bought does not have the black plastic grab handles and has different controls to the model shown here, but seems to be similar in features. Space is not at a premium for us but I very much appreciate how tidy the I-Run is when folded - and more importantly how quick & easy ...
