Advantages: QUALITY, VALUE FOR MONEY, COMPACT. Disadvantages: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
INTRO
After the sudden death of my 7 year old Pro-form treadmill it was time to start looking for something to replace it with but being somewhat out of pocket (probably due to credit crunch/petrol prices) my budget was under £400. I must say I didn't think that I'd be able to get much treadmill for my money.
FINDING A TREADMILL
I started my searching on the Internet with a firm called fitness-superstore http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk, which has a great range of low priced treadmills and I soon became zapped by the latest designs and specifications of the new range of treadmill on the market. As I set my budget at under £400 this helped me to narrow my searching and leave me with 3 possible treadmills that met my needs, the makes were Pro-form, Weslo, Reebok.

Advantages: Easy, fun, great for all round fitness. Perfect for the novice and expert alike. Disadvantages: Space and height needed for some exercises.
!
What is it?
The Reebokrebounder is a gym quality rebounder in a stylish black and silver design (and as we all know? appearances do matter!!) It will take a person's weight up to 18 stone (114kg) and comes complete with a short but comprehensive workout manual. The best bit? it only costs about £50 - roughly one month's membership at your local gym, or 10-12 exercise classes.
Opening the box.
When you open up the rather large box you will find 3 items.
The items are:
1 - The rebounder bed
2 - 6 screw in legs
3 - A workout manual
First use.
Simply take the rebounder out of the rather large box and place it on the floor with the writing facing downwards. Screw the 6 legs into the 6 holes and that's it! Turn it the other way round and Voila! Exercise time has arrived!
I would recommend reading the manual (all 2 pages ...
Advantages: Immersive story line, believable acting, soundtrack Disadvantages: Very basketball orientated - difficult to understand if you don't know much about basketball
I purchased this film many years ago, in fact I think it was about 6 years ago, maybe 7, and I watched it for the millionth time last night and thought to myself "people really need to know how good this film is"... Because lets face it, if you haven't already heard of it, and you don't love basketball then why should you ever bother to watch it? Right?
Well hopefully i'll convince you its a good idea. But i'll make sure I show you why I like it, and why some people may not.
Well firstly, the story. The film is a story of 2 next door neighbors that have been living next to each other since they were kids. Both of them (a boy and a girl) love the sport of basketball. The boy, Quincy, (Omar Epps) has dreams of making it big time in the NBA (National Basketball Association) and has all the tools and money to do so, due to his father being ...
