Dyna Band - pass me the scissors!
Advantages: Could be useful as a first step into exercise.
Disadvantages: A gimmick and there are better ways to exercise (and more fun ways, too!)

Dyna Bands - giant elastic bands.
Advantages: Simple. Useful for many exercises. Durable. Inexpensive. Different strengths.
Disadvantages: Makes my hands sweaty.
