Resistance is futile

Advantages: Better than nothing?
Disadvantages: Won't significantly improve your fitness

This was not the best bit of fitness equipment I've ever bought (and I've bought a lot). The box contains: A. Three resistance tubes: each tube is a different color and is supposed to provide a different level of resistance. It may just be me, but all 3 appeared to provide the same level of resistance - and there wasn't a key to let me know which color was supposed to be which resistance. B.
