Advantages: everything about it Disadvantages: you lose more inches than pounds if you do it right
...seat and back of the Ab King Pro dont look particularly comfortable however, they provide the right amount of support needed for your bum and back and the convenient foot rest that you tuck your feet behind stops any unwitting cheating by people naturally lifting their legs up
