...I usually buy raw chicken livers.I take the chicken livers and mix some garlic in with them and let them soak in it for a couple of days.The louder the smell is the cat just love it.You may have already heard of doing this before, but find you some of panty hose. Take pieces of the chicken liver and place in little square pieces of panty hose.Take and roll or twist it up (however you can get the liver to stay in the panty hose). Then tie in a knot ... ...of chicken liver.
Take a cat fish hook and push it through the panty hose , so it will be a snug fit.Whether you fish on the bottom or top of the water, your bait will surely stay on for awhile.Now, cat's really love these livers with garlic but you may every now and then catch a turtle.Turtles for some reason seem to favor the flavor as well.

(+) Cheap to do when done correctly, good results. (-) FEAR FACTOR - You will look silly if you do it without results. Difficult to carry a large amount.
