best gym I have ever been to

Advantages: excellent equipment
Disadvantages: price

...centres in the area and Fitness First seems to be the best one so far. I suppose it helps that I havenīt had to pay yet, as I have always gone with free vouchers I have won on an Internet lotto, or on their free trial weekends. I think there are different levels of membership according to peak and off-peak usage, and the top membership fee was more than 30 pounds per month last time I checked, so if there is two of you it can become quite expensive, ...
...a couple of hours there everyday. And we canīt forget there is a joining fee, which covers for administration costs and you usually get a sports bag, a towel, headphones for the machines, so you can listen to the radio/tv while you are working and something else. Itīs not in the town centre so you cannot go during your lunch hour if you want to spend your break from work in the gym. It seems to be quite small, but I have never had problems with ...

Small but well set up gym

Advantages: friendly staff, nice atmosphere
Disadvantages: expensive and can be busy at peak times

...become a member of the Fitness First in Dundee - it is even cheaper at around Ģ25 if you work in certain professions - council workers for example get the discount so check should you decide to join. The gym is a bit out of the way (for me anyway) as it isn't central. There are various busses that will get you near it though and besides, your thinking of joining a gym - do the healthy thing and walk to it! The gym isn't huge but makes good use ...
...also have access to other Fitness Studio gyms through-out the UK for mad people who want to go to the gym while on holiday. For those like me who find using exercise machines boring there are various classes running throughout the week including step, body combat, yoga and shotokan karate. The good news for those that like the odd class but wouldn't join the gym is that you can turn up and pay for a class if you are not a member - the Karate on Sunday ...
